Recently the camera died and the battery is dead too. Shouldn’t the power cord keep it charged? I confirmed there is power to the outlet although we did have a blackout for a significant time. If the battery died during the blackout, would the power cord automatically re charge it?I even loaded Simplisafe on a new empty PC (no virus or security programs) and the same issue occurs. Camera motion detection sends notices where I can view the video without any problem. It's live feed that is F'ed up. And yes, on site internet is excellent, batteries charging etc etc etc..
