Yep - that's an earlier Peltier NLR with the added bonus of the transparent blue. Very desirable marble. Give it a soap & water cleaning with a paper towel and see if some crud comes off the surfaces; it looks slightly dirty.This is a nice White n Orange Nova made by Peltier Glass Company.
