CS 440 (AI) is a good survey of AI and not the hardest class. If you are looking for an easy advanced computing elective, the CS 498 classes tend to be super easy (if you are like me) where most of the grade is just doing the mps with little to quiz/exam grades. With the lack of excess work I found the class to be more engaging. 2 of the assignments are group reports but they are a lot less time consuming than you would think.
