It seemed to not affect my performance but the light was enough to give me pause and start me digging in. As per the diagrams posted or the pictures above by mutulug - the solenoid (lock up) is on top of the tranny by the accumulator body - pn# 28020-PVG-305. Stopped immediately at nearby autozone for scan. P0741 code. TCC stuck open etc etc. No symptoms of transmission issues before, then or now. I drain and fill my ATF myself on the regular but I wasn't the original owner.
