ORM means over-represented based on their overall population in the US. The US is probably like 70% Caucasian so having a 70% Caucasian population in med school isn't considered 'over-represented'. Asians make up like 10 - 15% of the total US population, but are around 25 - 30% in med school, so they're over ....
