I have had issues with practice ammo misfires. there is a tap mark on the round and if I put it back in the clip it will fire. I get a misfire every 4th or 5th round or random. I had some failures to feed with the Winchester Train 147gr fmj. The round stuck in the mag and did not reach the feed ramp. A single pull on the slide made the round feed normally. After a ton of manually cycling the slide for hours and about 300+ of Nato 124gr rounds in the slide was smooth as glass and my problems went away. I hope you're able to pinpoint the exact problem.
