At the end of the day, they are pretty much equals. They take the same mags, most of the internals are the same and both are extremely durable and reliable. The HK45c is a bit more modernized, streamlined, and ergonomic.The USP45c levers cost less with same internal specs and function (as the HK45c); and the ambi levers look very nice with the newer HK45 or HK45c - see attached photo.
