Here are the things I've tried to do to fix this: 1. Dismissed followers, so I am the only one interacting with the ghost. 2. Tried entering from both the Rorikstead way and the other way. 3. Goldenhills useful potions instead of cash potions. Obviosuly if you want max money the potion to make is Mora Tapinella + Scaly Pholiota + Creep Cluster. This makes the most valuable farmable potion. If you hate the creep cluster harvesting then the next best thing would be Dragon's Tongue + Fly Amanita + Mora Tapinella.
