I can say from my experiences if you have mud flaps they will rub on 35" so 37" will for sure.The 450 has the medium duty version of the Powerstroke and 10 speed tranny. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler.
