Oath of vengeance is really easy to keep the whole game. You have to let a super bad person go after being directly told they did a bad thing by the person they did it to. For example: letting the hag live and taking her bargain , releasing Sazza from the cage when you know she'll run back and tell Minthara where the camp is ..
